Return Eligibility

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:
